Scope

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all commercial transactions concluded between Mylan & Sasha, hereinafter referred to as “we” or “our”, and its customers.

Orders

Orders can be placed online via our website, by phone, or in writing. Any order is considered firm and final upon receipt of payment.

Prices

The prices of Mylan & Sasha products are indicated in euros, dollars, or dirhams, depending on the country where you choose to purchase, and are subject to change without notice. The charged prices are those in effect at the time of the order.

Payment

Payment for orders is made by credit card or cash on delivery. Mylan & Sasha products remain the property of the company until full payment.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimated at 24 to 48 hours and are subject to variation. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Claims and Returns

Any claim regarding defective products must be submitted within 7 days following receipt. Mylan & Sasha reserves the right to replace or refund defective products.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, our customers have a period of 7 days to exercise their right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the products. Return costs are borne by the customer.

Liability

Mylan & Sasha cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of its products.

Data Confidentiality

Personal data provided by the customer are processed in accordance with our privacy policy, available on our website.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

By accepting these general terms and conditions of sale, the customer acknowledges having read them and accepts them without reservation.
